  Financial Accounting

Our financial accounting services focuses on providing accounting, compliance, reporting, and financial analysis and reporting services that are essential to businesses in order to pursue its business objectives. We ensure the accuracy and integrity of the financial accounting and reporting systems; provide timely, comprehensive, and accurate financial reports; and maintain a system of internal accounting controls to safeguard the business assets. Our responsibilities include:

Maintain the accounting and financial reporting systems.
Properly record assets, liabilities, net assets, revenues, and expenses in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, and client requirements.
Review and post journal entries to the general ledger system.
Schedule and coordinate month-end and year-end general ledger closings.
Prepare the Annual Financial Report in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting principles.
Prepare numerous financial reports tailored to the specific requirement of the client.
Advise and assist management of all levels by providing historical and projected financial information. Prepare financial analyses as required for decision-making.
Serve as consultant to the client’s employees and managers regarding accounting policies and procedures and general financial management.

Balance and reconcile accounts.
Serve as point of contact with external auditors and coordinate external audit activities including responses to audit comments and recommendations.
Prepare the bank reconciliation.

Through our Outsourced financial accounting services, we assume responsibility for client's back-office in Financial Accounting and related business processes and manage them on an ongoing basis. We offer a full suite of compliant services and solutions in Financial Accounting including statutory/regulatory accounting and reporting; and, transaction processing. We customize each engagement according to our client's processes, internal controls and system requirements.
